• This is our bottom price, prices will double after urbanisation.
• We are joined owners of the plots and there is only one contact person and negotiator - her name is Ivanka and she is also one of the owners.

• Auction has officialy started on 1st March 2008. We haven't yet defined end date.
• This page will provide you with current infos and prices. Currently all 17327 m² (186506.28 Ft²) are for sale.
• We are legal owners of the land. You can see official papers on documents page.
• Final sale is done here in nearest town with the presence of our legal representatives.
• If interested you can pay retaining fee to reserve the land.
• We reserve the full right to communicate to whom we want and to freely choose to whom to sell to.
